  • Download the GlobXpay app from the Google Play Store, App Store or Huawei App gallery.
  • Once installed, open the app and tap on “Create account” You will be asked to provide a valid mobile number, and you’ll receive a One Time Password (OTP) to verify your identity. Follow the instructions to complete the verification process by providing your national ID for Jordanians and a valid passport for non-Jordanians and other required details. Once verified, you will have access to your new GlobXpay account.

How does EZ Account work?
  • EZ Account is automatically created for users upon registration and serves as their primary account within the GlobXpay app. It provides a centralized hub for managing transactions, balances, savings, and earning daily cashback rewards without limits or conditions.
How does Xpand Account work?
  • The Xpand Account within the GlobXpay mobile application provides users with a highly rewarding deposit account option. By offering the highest cashback rewards on deposited amounts, contingent upon maintaining a minimum balance throughout the month, the Xpand Account incentivizes users to save consistently and responsibly while maximizing their earning potential. You can create multiple Xpand accounts through the mobile app, and you can open up to 6 accounts, more accounts means more savings and rewards.
How does Boost Account work?
  • The Boost Account offers users a unique and rewarding saving experience with higher cashback rewards, customizable saving goals, progress tracking, automated contributions, flexible withdrawal options, and integration with the cashback rewards program. How can I check my account balance?
  • You can view your current account balance at any time by logging into the GlobXpay app. Simply navigate to the “Account Summary” section, where you’ll find a detailed overview of your balance, recent transactions, and other relevant information.
What should I do if I want to update my account information?
  • Updating your account details is easy. Log into the app and select “Account Settings,” then choose “Edit Account.” Here, you can update your email, address, and other personal details. If you need to change your registered mobile number, an additional verification process will be required to ensure the security of your account.
Can I close my account permanently?
  • Yes, you can request to close your account by contacting our support team at +962 7 9767 4322 or by initiating the request through the app’s “Account Settings” section and choose “Delete My Account.” Note that you must settle any outstanding balances before closing your account.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by tapping on “Forgot Password” on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP, which will be used to verify your identity. Once verified, you can create a new password. For added security, make sure your new password is unique and difficult to guess.

Can I transfer money to another GlobXpay user?
  • Yes, you can transfer money to another GlobXpay user instantly using the “Internal Transfer” feature. Simply enter the recipient’s phone number or account details, specify the amount, and confirm the transaction. Transfers between GlobXpay users are processed instantly.
Are there any fees associated with transactions?
  • Fees may apply to certain transactions. For example, ATM withdrawals within Jordan incur a fee of 1 JOD, while international ATM withdrawals have a fee of 4% of the withdrawn amount, with a minimum fee of 4 JOD plus any applicable currency exchange commissions. How do I request a new card?
  • You can request a new card through the “Cards” section of the app. Choose between a virtual or physical card and follow the instructions. Virtual cards are instantly issued and can be used for online transactions, while physical cards will be delivered to your registered address.
Can I reload my card using my GlobXpay account?
  • Yes, you can reload your card by transferring funds from your GlobXpay account. Go to the “Reload” section, choose the card you wish to reload, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. Your card balance will be updated immediately.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
  • If your card is lost or stolen, immediately log into the app and freeze your card to prevent unauthorized use. You can also contact our support team at +962 7 9767 4322 to report the loss and request a replacement card.

How does the cashback program work?

GlobXpay offers a rewarding cashback program for saving and spending through the app. Here’s how it works:

  • EZ Account:Earn up to 2% cashback on eligible balances; cashback is calculated daily and credited monthly.
  • Xpand Account:Enjoy up to 5% cashback, with additional benefits for long-term savings; cashback is calculated daily and credited monthly.
  • Boost Account:Receive up to 15% cashback based on savings duration and targets. Cashback is credited at the end of the saving period.

  • You can check your cashback rewards through the : "Earning" section in the mobile app or by checking total locked profit. The cashback will be transferred to your main balance or to a specified account at the end of each month.
